Guidelines and Policies for Parents

To ensure the smooth operation of our transportation services and the safety of all children, we have established the following guidelines and policies:
  • Pre-Registration for Transportation:Parents must pre-register their children for our Pick Up and Drop Off Services. This helps us plan our routes efficiently and ensure adequate seating.
  • Fixed Pick-Up and Drop-Off Points:To maintain consistency and safety, children will be picked up and dropped off at predetermined locations. Parents are requested to adhere to these designated points.
  • Timely Arrival at Pick-Up Points:Parents are responsible for ensuring that their children are present at the pick-up points on time. Delays can affect the schedule for all children on the route.
  • Authorized Person for Drop-Off:Children will only be released to individuals authorized by the parent or guardian at the drop-off points. Proper identification may be required for verification.
  • Notification of Absence:If your child will not be using the transportation service on a particular day, please notify us in advance to avoid unnecessary delays and concerns.
  • Safety Rules on the Bus:Children are expected to follow all safety rules while on the bus, including remaining seated, wearing seat belts, and following the instructions of the bus monitor.
  • Emergency Contact Information:Parents must provide up-to-date emergency contact information. This is crucial in case of any emergencies or unexpected situations.
